3 ideas for a road trip in the United States

Hello travelers,

I decided to talk to you about my 3 dream road trips in the USA or the States, as the young people say:p, because it’s true that today, fortunately, many of us have already been to the US. That being said, the beauty of this country is that it is multifaceted and there are, in my opinion, different trips to do based on your mood and desires.

It’s true that when you say the United States, you mean ESTA; but regarding the necessary administrative formalities, I’ll talk about them a little later. As for the formalities for entering the USA, given the current context, we advise you to visit the website of the’US tourism office.

BIG APPLE

New York is in the United States what Paris is in France or London in England, an unmissable place. Boiling over with constant activity and constantly evolving, this city is incomparable: wandering through Chinatown, eating pasta in Little Italy (which unfortunately is hard to miss), relaxing in Central Park, listening to gospel in Harlem, eating a bagel in Brooklyn, shopping at Century 21 after visiting the MOMA, New York remains magnificent. And don’t forget the gourmets: the BIG APPLE is home to some of the best restaurants in the world!

The Côte d’Est

Boston – Washington – Baltimore are cities rich in history and each one holds hidden treasures.

In Boston, how can one not be amazed by the Freedom Trail, which allows you to travel through the city in almost 4 kilometers by visiting all the must-see places in Boston? And this city is also the birthplace of the United States; it is a magnificent coastal city with its beaches, fishmongers, and museums!

In Washington, the capital of the country, there are all the most beautiful museums in the United States (shh, that’s a secret…) and given its status as the IMPOSSIBLE Capital of the United States to not visit the White House. When you visit it, after seeing it A billion times in movies or TV series, you remain amazed as a child in front of a grandpa beard 😉

Baltimore is a little gem in Maryland that is too often overlooked, yet this city is worth a visit with the Fort McHenry National Monument, the national aquarium, and watching a Baltimore Orioles baseball game!

To connect these three cities, you can do it by car (the distances are still quite long), by plane (there are really good deals with some airlines), by bus (very democratized in the US), and also by train (very convenient and cheap).

San Francisco

San Francisco is truly the LITTLE GEM of the West Coast and personally I prefer it 100 times over (and that’s an understatement) than Los Angeles. Why? Simply because San Francisco is the birthplace of the hippie movement, it’s Alcatraz, it’s the Cable Car (our tramway), it’s the winding roads in Bullit, it’s the Piers (those jetties that gather shops and restaurants out of sight), it’s the oldest Chinatown in North America, I could go on and on…if you don’t already know San Francisco, one piece of advice: GO!
