We tested: The Balmoral Paris Champs Elysées hotel
It had been a long time since we had taken the time to enjoy the magic of our beautiful capital. Over the course of a weekend, we set out to rediscover it and were delighted to discover the Balmoral Paris Elysées hotel, a 4-star establishment ideally located just a stone’s throw from the Place de l’Étoile, the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées. It’s hard to be more central!
The Balmoral is a charming boutique hotel of a high standard and with a personal touch. From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the welcome we received. The atmosphere here is friendly and the service impeccable! The lobby is pleasant, well-organized and beautifully decorated, with an authentic, old-fashioned feel while still having a modern and contemporary touch.
Once the formalities were completed, the staff loaded our suitcases into our room and accompanied us to discover it. We expected a beautiful room, certainly, but with a rather old-fashioned style and decor… What a surprise! The room (suite) is spacious, bright, and of a contemporary style, while retaining an authentic touch with refined furniture and decorative objects. We had a small living room, a beautiful bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed, a dressing room, and a large bathroom equipped with two sinks, a shower, and a large bathtub.

After a day full of discoveries and rediscoveries, we are ready to relax! What a pleasure to disconnect and fully enjoy the comfort of the room… After a good night’s rest, we were woken up in the morning by the restaurant manager who brings us breakfast on a large tray, accompanied by a beautiful bouquet of flowers… What a service!
The Balmoral is highly recommended for anyone who wants to discover the rhythm of the capital; you can thus enjoy the hotel’s life-saving comfort and recover from those long, busy days! Its strategic location in the heart of Paris and next to public transport (metro station: Etoile) are two major advantages for visiting the city’s main tourist sites.

Staying in one of the most beautiful cities in the world in a 4-star hotel is a dream. Plus, on the Champs Elysées, close to the most beautiful luxury boutiques. I love the decor and the contemporary style; there are lots of colors but in the right amount. It’s simply fascinating.
