50 Portraits & Smiles from Senegal
A review of a journey, or rather a Exceptional humanitarian mission in Senegal, which left a strong impression on me by leaving Deep memories and unforgettable. A unique human experience, Of sharing, of unusual encounters, of emotion, of anger and compassion. One can only grow from an adventure like this. You learn a lot about yourself, When you test your limits, you find out who you are, but you also learn so much more about the other person…
Even though the living conditions in some villages in Senegal are dramatic, one encounters exceptional men and women... Some have nothing and they are ready to give everything to generously welcome a guest, and even more so if it is within the framework of a humanitarian mission for the prevention of malaria.
These encounters are poignant, sincere, Emotive for some, And I wanted to share these magical moments through a series of 50 portraits and breathtaking smiles that I photographed during this one-month mission in M’Bour and in other villages in the country of Senegal.

Hello, bravo for your photos; you very well sum up this beautiful country and its extraordinary people. We have created an association for our friends from Mbour and Fatick if that sounds like something you would like to explore on our «pirogues du coeur» page.
Thanks again and have a good tripCapucine and Thibault
