Nous vous racontons tout en d\u00e9tails \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On pose nos valises dans la chambre Privil\u00e8ge qui est joliment d\u00e9cor\u00e9e, associant le contemporain avec des touches champ\u00eatres. On y retrouve les incontournables de ce type de chambre <strong>haut de gamme<\/strong> du groupe avec la <strong>machine \u00e0 caf\u00e9 Nespresso<\/strong>, <strong>la station d&rsquo;accueil pour smartphone<\/strong>, <strong>le mini bar<\/strong> garni de boissons et de snacking, une multitude de produits cosm\u00e9tiques, des peignoirs et m\u00eame des chaussons. Un (trop) petit balcon offre une belle vue d\u00e9gag\u00e9e sur collines verdoyantes et sur la grande piscine de l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le site est calme, reposant et on se sent coup\u00e9 du monde. La literie est comme d&rsquo;habitude exceptionnelle, format <strong>king size<\/strong>, avec un matelas et des oreillers d&rsquo;un confort rarement \u00e9gal\u00e9. Tout pour\u00a0passer une nuit de r\u00eave&#8230; D&rsquo;ailleurs pour ne rien cacher, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;un des moments que nous adorons le plus quand nous partons tester un h\u00f4tel Mercure Le mus\u00e9e est tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant avec de nombreuses explications sur la g\u00e9ologie, l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des conditions de travail, et aussi une visite insolite dans une mine reconstitu\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;anciens mineurs aujourd&rsquo;hui tr\u00e8s \u00e2g\u00e9s. La b\u00e2tisse en pierre vieille de plus de 300 ans est \u00e0 elle seule un incontournable, typique du style proven\u00e7al, avec autour d&rsquo;elle plusieurs dizaines d&rsquo;hectares de vignes qui baignent sous le doux soleil m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en. Nous sommes loin des productions de masse destin\u00e9es \u00e0 la grande distribution et \u00e0\u00a0l&rsquo;international, non, ici la production de vin se fait \u00e0 taille humaine, en famille,\u00a0et r\u00e9pond aux normes de l&rsquo;Agriculture Biologique. Chacun des vins propos\u00e9s (Blanc, Ros\u00e9 et Rouge) sont d\u00e9clin\u00e9s en deux cat\u00e9gories : la Cuv\u00e9e Bastide, et la Cuv\u00e9e Hautes Terres obtenu gr\u00e2ce aux plus vieilles vignes plant\u00e9es sur les coteaux du domaine.
